“Bionic Birthday Fail” is the 8th episode in Season 1 of Lab Rats. It first aired on May 7, 2012.
Plot
Adam, Bree, and Chase have planned a surprise party for Leo. The only flaw is that they have forgotten to invite Leo to his own surprise party!
Story
When Adam, Bree and Chase forget to unlock Leo for his surprise birthday party, they must make it up to him, so they take Leo into the ultra-cool virtual mission simulator and show him what it's like to have bionics. They locked Leo up because they didn't want him to go to the party early, but they told Eddy to keep him locked in the Lab. However, Eddy was supposed to unlock it when he heard Chase say the signal, but Chase was having too much fun to remember Leo. Meanwhile, Davenport tries to rebuild a helicopter that he broke for Leo's surprise party, but every time he tries to fly it, it breaks once more.

Goofs
- When Adam and Chase hide the helium tank for the balloons from Leo, it's behind them on the table. But when they run out of the lab, the helium tank is on the ground.
- The Lab Rats said they did not know who Santa was, however in Commando App they were seen celebrating Christmas.
