What if Douglas went through with the idea of reprogramming him to be good? He had been treated like a servant his whole life, and hardly like his own son. What do you think Marcus could be like as a good guy?

I highlighted this with the hopes of bringing some people back to the wiki (Idk if it'll even work lol).
But to answer your question, it would be nice if Marcus was re-programmed to be good.
You know, I highly doubt reprogramming would do any good. I mean, his actions also stemmed from being betrayed and abandoned, not to mention growing up without love. So, I think his motivations are now beyond his "evil programming"
I agree with Torresp. Marcus seems more 'human' than any of the other androids we met. It seems to me that, while reprogramming might work, the real problem has to do with his upbringing.
Y'know, I actually wrote a Fanfiction about Marcus turning good. I wish we had actually seen a part of his history or background— before he turned good.
Yeah, me too. I always wanted to know what might've been for Marcus - we don't know who he was when he was first built, or who he could have been if he hadn't been destroyed.
this is what i posted the other day
i just got done watching the entire series of lab rats to prepare for lab rats elite force
i think lab rats is a great show but something has been bothering me. How come the lab rats team wouldnt let douglas take responsibility for marcus and reprogram him? First off they would have had an incredibly powerful ally on their team, not to mention i found that unfair, that douglas(whom im a huge fan of, so dont misinterpret me) got a 2nd chance but his son who really didnt have total control over didnt get one because he was programmed to act evil by evil people.
Part of not wanting Marcus might have been because to have him in the team would freak everyone out. Even if his behaviour changed it'd still be the same face, same voice and so on, in fact the good behaviour might be even weirder. It could also be because Douglas might not have known how much could be reprogrammed.
Maybe. But I would've enjoyed seeing Marcus struggle against his programming - it certainly would be an interesting new form of internal struggle.
